Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Good problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage site technicians.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in installation (Smart Home, CCTV, Fire Alarm, or Low Current Systems).
• Knowledge of wiring, cabling, and termination.
• Familiarity with smart home devices, security systems, and fire alarm technologies.
• Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams and installation instructions.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the smart home and automation market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2C and B2B).
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent Nexgen at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Communications or related).
1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in smart home, automation, or related technology fields).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good command of English.
